Description
Mobile Connect makes use of a users’ own device to allow assisted listening to the amplified content within a space. Any individual, regardless of whether they have any approved disability accommodations, may use this in spaces that are equipped with this technology.
- Connect your device to the eduroam wireless network.
- Download or open the Sennheiser Mobile Connect app.
- Select your classroom from the list of nearby channels.
- Connect your headphones or assisted listening device as you would normally.
- Note that there will be a slight delay between the live and amplified audio if you are using a Bluetooth listening device.
- Tap and drag the red dot in the center of the screen to adjust audio for your specific listening style. There is an additional volume slider located at the bottom of the screen.
- Listening settings are saved across all rooms you visit.
To return to the main menu once you are finished listening, tap the carrot in the upper left-hand corner, and then the back arrow.
